Banquet Information

Thank you for considering Cabarrus Country Club to host your special function. We look forward to assisting you in every way possible. The following information will help to ensure the success of your event.

Membership to Cabarrus Country Club is not required to book your event at our facilities.

Reserving Rooms

All room reservations must be made through the Events Coordinator. A signed Catering Agreement and deposit are required in order to reserve a room. All food and beverage arrangements must be made with the Events Coordinator three (3) months prior to your event.
 

Reservation Guarantees

A final guarantee of the expected number of guests is required fourteen days (14) prior to your event. Your final bill will be based on the final guarantee. A guarantee is not subject to reduction; however, you can increase the guarantee until 48 hours in advance. The Events Coordinator will let you know if we are able to accommodate the increase for the event.  If you do not turn in a final guarantee, you will be billed based on your original expected amount of guests. Your final bill is due at the end of your event by credit card or check made out to Cabarrus Country Club. 
 

Charges & Payments

All food & beverage purchases are subject to a 22% Service Charge and a 7.0 % North Carolina Sales Tax. Additional fees may include: Room Rental Fees for non-members, Set-Up Fees for members, Bartender Fees, Chef Fees and any contracted services or rentals.

 
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold a date.Your final bill is due at the conclusion of your event. Methods of payment accepted are: Credit Card, Money Order, Personal Check (up to 7 days prior) or Member Charge.
 

Food & Beverage

A set menu is required for parties of 15 guests or more. Buffets and pre-set menus must be selected 2 months prior to your event. Cabarrus Country Club provides a full service catering facility. No outside catering is permitted without permission, except specialty cakes (ex. wedding cakes). We provide a menu that includes a wide variety of selections; however, we are also happy to customize a menu to fit your needs. Please make the Events Coordinator aware of any dietary needs or food allergies.

Cabarrus Country Club is responsible for the administration, sale & service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with county & state regulations. Therefore, it is policy that all liquor, beer and wine products are supplied by the Club. One bar will be provided for up to 150 guests. All cash bars are subject to a Bartending Fee.

 

Decorations & Entertainment

All details regarding entertainment and decorations must be approved by the Events Coordinator or Clubhouse Manager prior to your event. Cabarrus Country Club is not responsible for any items left at the Club after your event. Rental items (specialty linen, chair covers, etc.) must be contracted by Cabarrus Country Club. Centerpieces may be provided by CCC; however, rental charges will apply.
 

Client Responsibilities

As the Host/Member, you are responsible for the following:
  • Payment of all expenses related to the function by the conclusion of the event.
  • The conduct of your guests during your function.
  • Damages or loss of any CCC property or facilities caused by any guest during your function.
  • Injuries to any of your guests, staff or general public resulting from negligent actions by persons associated with your function.
