Ken Guilford
Ken Guilford, PGA Director of Golf - Ken was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He graduated from The University of Charleston in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. Ken has 15 years of experience as a Head Golf Professional at private facilities and playing resume includes playing in the National Club Pro Championship, Nationwide Tour events as well as a member of the Tar Heel Cup Matches. Ken has won 18 tournaments as a professional over the years with his low competitive score being 62. Ken's passion is making every member and guest experience special when at Cabarrus Country Club. Ken’s teaching experience includes working with PGA Tour/European Tour/ Tour/South American Tour/Challenge Tour and Canadian Tour professionals. Over the years Ken has helped many Junior’s develop into College golfers. Ken is married to wife Tracy, they have two sons Justin and Wesley.

Deac Dawson
Deac teaches camps, clinics, individual lessons, golf stretching programs and does custom club fitting. Deac has three tournament wins under his belt and loves to share his golf knowledge as a Golf Fitness Advisor. After graduating from South Mecklenburg HS in Pineville, NC, Deac attended Gardner Webb College where he was on their golf team. He continued his education and obtained a BA in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte. Deac is a PGA Teaching Professional with 25 years' experience. His resume includes Head Men's Golf Coach at UNC Charlotte, Head Golf Professional at Carolina Golf Club, Associate Head Coach Boy's Golf at Porter Ridge HS and Head Basketball Coach for the AAU Warriors.

Jason Karchefsky
Jason was born in Rochester, NY, but moved to south Florida at a young age. A promising baseball player, he attended Indiana University on a scholarship, and finished his education at Florida Atlantic University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He then attended the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, being mentored by Tom Garner, lead instructor at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill, and graduating with honors. Jason spent 13 years at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, a Platinum Club of America and home to Bernhard Langer. Jason was able to spend countless hours on the range with Mr. Langer, learning from a Hall of Fame golfer. He served as the PGA Head Golf Professional his last 5 years at Woodfield. He has recently relocated to the Charlotte area with his wife Heather and is extremely excited to help create great golf experiences for the membership at CCC. In his spare time Jason loves to travel, read, watch sports, and of course, play golf.

Aleck Harmon
A Concord native and 2013 graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Aleck has had a lifelong passion for the game of golf. Starting at a young age, Aleck worked to refine his game with a goal of becoming a PGA Professional. Aleck began his career by playing in junior golf tournaments and then on the golf team at Central Cabarrus H.S. Aleck has worked at Rocky River Golf Club as well as Raintree Country Club in his young career. As a golf professional Aleck hopes to pass on his love for the game in hopes that others will grow in golf and come to enjoy the game as much as he does.
